Our motto at Laneway fitness is that consistency is key and balance is the motor.
We do not focus on one system we utilise a range of different systems and training stimuluses that have a potent effect on keeping you injury free, strong and nimble and most importantly stoked on life.
NUTRITION
We believe that your approach to nutrition is as important as the training. This is why we do monthly nutrition check ins with all members so we can help create a personalised approach that works with you and your family’s style of eating.
RECOVERY AND MINDSET
The direct impact that over training and no recovery has on your mindset has the power to throw you off course and lose momentum and motivation.
We understand this and put a big focus on teaching our members the importance of finding balance in their training, nutrition and recovery to help them have a strong and positive mindset every minute of every day.
OUR TIMETABLE
We have created the most accessible fitness timetable in the valley as we know and understand that all parents are running a tight ship and finding time for your self can be difficult and sometimes impossible.
With over 8 small group sessions available daily we are sure to fit even the most busy of schedules.
